All portals

Signing in brings you to Portals, the list of every Portal in the project you are working in. It is where you find an existing Portal, and where you start a new one.

The Portals list, with a card per Portal and its status.

Finding a Portal

Control
Does

Search

Filters the list by name as you type.

Type

Narrows to a kind of Portal, or shows them all.

Status

Narrows by state: active Portals or archived ones.

Each card shows the Portal's status, its name, who created it, and when it was last touched. View portal opens the published Portal itself.

Starting a Portal

+ Add portal creates a new one, from scratch or from a template. See Creating a Portal.

Working with an existing Portal

Each card has a menu of the things you can do to that Portal: edit it, clone it, add a label, publish or unpublish it, archive it. Archived Portals can be restored or deleted from the same menu once you filter the list to show them.
