Terms & Conditions
Require visitors to accept your terms before they can register for your Portal.
Add a Terms & Conditions checkbox to your Portal's registration form, so external users must accept your terms before they get access.
Use it when the assets you share carry usage restrictions — visitors agree to them before they can download or use anything.

Before you start
Terms & Conditions is off by default, and is set per Portal.
Have the URL of the terms you want to link to.
Turn on Terms & Conditions
In the builder, open your Registration page and select the form.
Choose the pencil icon, Edit form fields.
In Edit form, find Terms & Conditions in the field list. Open its … menu and select Edit.
Turn on Require Terms & Conditions acceptance.
Type the text visitors will see beside the checkbox; for example, I agree to the terms and conditions.
Select Save, then Save again in the Edit form.
Select Publish changes to make it live on your Portal.

Link to your terms
In the text editor, select the words you want to turn into a link.
Select Add link.
Text to display is filled in from your selection. Enter the URL, and leave Open link in a new tab ticked so visitors don't lose the form.
Select Insert.
URLs must start with https://, http://, mailto: or tel:.
You can link several parts of the same sentence. Adding a link to text that is already linked replaces the existing link rather than nesting a second one.

Translate the text
The text is stored separately for each of your Portal's languages.
Fill in the text in your Portal's primary language first — you can't turn the setting on until you have. If you try, you'll see Add Terms & Conditions text in the primary language before enabling this.
Switch the builder's language selector to another language.
Open Terms & Conditions again and enter the translated text.
Save and publish.
Visitors see the text in whichever language they choose from your Portal's language switcher. Languages you haven't translated fall back to your Portal's primary language.
What visitors see
The checkbox appears above the sign-up button, unchecked. Visitors can't register without ticking it; submitting without it shows You must accept the Terms & Conditions to continue.
