Gallery

Show assets from your DAM in a Portal, and control how visitors browse them.

A gallery section brings assets straight from your DAM into your Portal. Rather than uploading images to a page one by one, you point the gallery at the assets you want and they appear — staying in step with the DAM as it changes.

You decide which assets appear, how they are arranged, what information is shown alongside them, and what visitors can do with them: browse, search, filter, download, share.

All of it is configured from the Gallery settings dialog, one panel at a time:

• Gallery settings — the dialog, and how to work in it.

  • Display mode — Flat, Sections, Folders, Collections or Labels.

  • Source — which assets the gallery draws from.

  • View options — layout, order, and the controls visitors get.

  • Metadata — the fields shown with an asset.

  • Thumbnail metadata — the fields shown on each thumbnail.

  • Filters — what visitors can narrow the gallery by.
