How the assets are grouped, and what the rest of the dialog then offers.

Which assets the gallery draws from, and how that set is narrowed.

How they're arranged on screen, and which controls visitors get.

Which asset fields visitors can read in the asset details view.

Which fields print on the thumbnails themselves.

What visitors can narrow the gallery by.

Working in the dialog

  1. Select the gallery section in the builder.

  2. Select Adjust gallery.

  3. Choose a panel on the left and change what you need.

  4. Select Save. Cancel closes without keeping anything.

  5. Select Publish changes to make it live.

Start with the display mode

Display mode is worth settling first. It decides how the assets are grouped, and in doing so changes what Source asks you for and which of the view options apply. Switching it later clears the source you'd chosen.
