Publishing a Portal

Publishing and unpublishing a Portal can be done within the Portal and through the main Portal page.

1. Within the Portal When creating and modifying a portal, you can publish it directly. In the top right corner, you will find a Preview page button that allows you to preview and publish the Portal.

1. Through the main Portal page A portal can be published on the main portal page. By hovering over a Portal, you will see the option to Publish a Portal.

Portal Status

A Portal Status helps you see which are currently in drafts, published, or archived.

The status of a Portal can be viewed at the top right corner of the Portal's main page.

A portal's status always begins as a draft and changes once published or archived.
