# Welcome

The next few pages will cover Portals, our single-user interface that allows you to share your latest assets easily with your stakeholders.

Thanks to Scaleflex Brand Portals, managing, finding, and sharing your visual assets is simpler than ever. <br>

The following sections will help you Create & Setup, Edit, Manage & Enrich, and Publish your Portal:

* Create: You can create your Portal from scratch or through one of our premade templates to share your assets in the way you like.
* Edit: Structure and customize your Portal according to your brand identity.&#x20;
* Manage: Control when your Portal is available and who can access it.
* Publish: Preview and then publish your Portal when you are ready.
