# Labeling, Cloning, Archiving

Portals offer extra features to manage, organize, and create more portals.  When viewing a Portal’s menu, you will see additional options on the bottom to apply labeling, clone the Portal, or Archive

## Labeling

Apply labels to your Portals to classify them according to your standards. This is an additional way to search for a Portal with the search bar.

## Cloning

Cloning a current portal can save time in building a new one. This clones the current Portal's layout, colors, font, and settings.

## Archiving

Archive old and unused Portals. You can restore these Portals if you decide to reuse them or have the option to delete the Portal permanently.
